Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a 30-bed unit.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow safety protocols.
- Support positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- 1-2 years of recent Med/Surg experience, preferably in a Level 1 trauma or mid-large hospital setting.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience caring for a diverse patient population.
- Prior experience in a high-acuity hospital setting.
- Comfort working night shifts and adapting to shift changes.
