Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, mids (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), weekend and holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians within a psychiatric setting.
• Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout their continuum of care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop, implement, and document patient treatment plans aligned with organizational values and goals.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment grounded in trauma-informed care principles.
• Contribute to crisis management, de-escalation, and restraint reduction efforts to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Participate actively in adolescent and adult behavioral health programs, utilizing best practices for psychiatric care.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment modalities.
• Understanding of trauma-informed recovery models.
• CPR certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in psychiatric or substance use disorder inpatient settings.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention, restraint reduction, and de-escalation techniques.
• Strong crisis management, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Flexibility and creativity in care delivery.
