Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic and elderly patient population.
• Conduct manual therapy, cupping, IASTM, and other therapeutic techniques.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 patient visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily, with expected double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and obtain approval from the director before working additional overtime hours.
• Float to other clinics as needed, providing flexible coverage across multiple locations.
• Work up to 40 hours per week with a guaranteed 36 hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work with general ortho and elderly patient populations.
• Strong manual therapy skills and familiarity with modalities such as cupping and IASTM.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Outpatient therapy experience, particularly with elderly or orthopedic patients, is a plus.
• Experience working in multiple clinic settings (float) is advantageous.
