Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in a busy operating room environment.
- Circulate and scrub on various surgical cases, including trauma, ortho, urology, oncology, neuro, and more.
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure smooth procedures and patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all sterile protocols and operational standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends, call, and 2 out of 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day).
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a hospital setting.
- Proven large trauma Level 1 experience.
- Recent EPIC electronic medical record experience (within the past 2 years).
- Ability to circulate and scrub, with both skills checked and documented.
- Strong background in OR specialties such as orthopedics, urology, oncology, neuro, plastics, ENT, dental, cardiovascular, and robotics.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience.
- Experience working with Da Vinci Robotics and other advanced surgical technologies.
- Clear understanding of diverse surgical procedures and instrumentation.

- Bi-weekly orientations scheduled on Mondays; next orientation date to be confirmed.
