Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients of all ages.
• Assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapy programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Proven experience in outpatient or clinical therapy settings.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to assess and adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital, clinic, or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and modalities.
