Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) under the supervision of nursing and surgical staff.
• Support surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring availability of sterile supplies and equipment.
• Float to other units or campuses as needed to support patient care and department volume.
• Provide support to surgical staff during procedures, including scrubbing in when required.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and patient safety.

Required Qualifications
• Certification as a Central Service Technician (CST) through NBSTSA.
• Previous scrub experience in a surgical or CVOR setting is a plus.
• Ability to float to different units or campuses as needed.
• Willingness to work in a team environment with a flexible schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• First scrub experience in CVOR procedures is desirable.
• Experience working with travel pairs or trios is welcomed.
• Flexibility to work as part of a team with alternating schedules.
