Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in providing therapeutic care to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document patient progress and update treatment records accordingly.
• Support patient recovery through engaging and evidence-based occupational therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.

Required Qualifications

• Credentialed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• State licensure or certification as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and work as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with pediatric or geriatric populations (if applicable).
• CPR and First Aid certification.
