Key Responsibilities

• Follow treatment plans and document patient progress accordingly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining therapy equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Active Physical Therapist license in South Carolina.
• Experience with setting up therapy modalities.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Equipment will be provided during interview.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and protocols.
