Key Responsibilities

• Complete documentation directly with ATI outside of the agency clearance packet before starting assignment.
• Obtain and maintain active single-state license; compact license acceptable to start but must be upgraded immediately.
• Meet all credentialing requirements, including contract QA.
• Provide physical therapy services as required, with equipment provided during interview.
• Adhere to shift schedule during daytime hours.
• Follow agency policies on billing, notice periods, and parking/dress code provisions as provided during onboarding.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license (single-state license required; compact license acceptable to start but must be upgraded immediately).
• Experience in setting treatment plans and delivering physical therapy services.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Willingness to work dayshift hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with ATI or similar providers preferred.
• Knowledge of process for rehire eligibility if previous ATI employment was more than a year ago.
• Experience with contract QA processes and documentation requirements.
