Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in various settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all licensing, credentialing, and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Current state-issued Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Valid social security number trace with no negative findings.
• Proof of completed physical exam including chest X-ray or positive PPD verification.
• Legible resume detailing relevant experience and credentials.
• References (minimum of 3).
• Verification of state license.
• Successful completion of background checks including county, federal, multi-state criminal searches, and sex offender registry.
• Negative drug screening result.
• Valid LA Fire Safety Card (renewed every 4 years).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of the latest speech therapy assessment tools and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
