Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in various healthcare settings.
• Conduct assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to all licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy license for the state of Washington.
• Degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Prior experience working in skilled nursing facilities (highly preferred).
• Ability to pass credentialing and background checks as specified.
• Experience with Rehab Optima software (preferred).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience.
• Familiarity with credentialing requirements and processes.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
