Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve clients' functional abilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to facility protocols and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state occupational therapy license.
• Current resume and professional references.
• Ability to pass background checks, including criminal and sex offender searches.
• Valid COVID-19 vaccination within 72 hours prior to start and results issued within 48 hours.
• Proof of physical health (e.g., PPD, Quantiferon, or chest X-ray if applicable).
• Social Security Number trace and GSA/HHS/OIG screenings.
• Valid LA Fire Safety Card (renewed every 4 years).
• Negative drug test result.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in SNF settings preferred.
• Recent graduate candidates considered.
• Covid test and license verification must be confirmed prior to submission.
