Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized wound care nursing services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement wound treatment plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately using the Epic electronic charting system.
• Float within the scope of practice to meet facility needs, including coverage at sister facilities.
• Adhere to facility protocols and safety guidelines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of wound care experience.
• BLS certification.
• Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (WOCN) certification (continence cert not required).
• Willingness to work daytime shifts, no on-call required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pediatric wound care experience highly preferred.
• Ability to float within scope to other units or facilities as needed.
