Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve speech and language functions.
- Provide therapy sessions in a clinical or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and therapy outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Current resume demonstrating relevant experience or new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to pass necessary credentialing checks, including license verification.
- Covid-19 test result within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued 48 hours before.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
