Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation
Location: Peoria, IL
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care by assessing patient needs, planning, organizing, and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient treatment and recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Support patients' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being through compassionate care and education.
• Promote a safe and clean environment, adhering to policies and protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge to foster a learning and growth-oriented atmosphere.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current RN licensure in Illinois or Michigan.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Prior experience as an RN in a rehabilitation care setting.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic Microsoft applications.
