Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and therapeutic treatments
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under supervision
• Educate patients on exercises and therapy techniques to promote recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients during therapy sessions
Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of California
• Proven experience assisting with patient therapies in a clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and protocols accurately
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment
