Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to moderately stable, acutely ill patients in a stepdown or progressive care setting.
- Monitor patients utilizing advanced assessment and monitoring techniques.
- Administer medications, interventions, and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
- Respond to emergent situations with appropriate interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic EKG experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification.
- NIHSS certification.
- Previous experience in PCU, Stepdown, or similar units.
