Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care in skilled nursing facilities.
- Implement treatment plans and therapies as directed by the supervising therapist.
- Document patient progress and report to the supervising therapist.
- Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient safety throughout treatment sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Ability to pass a recent COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to start with results issued 48 hours prior.
- Prescreen completion and submission, including attached resume and license verification.
- Willingness to comply with credentialing checklist requirements, including criminal background checks, sex offender registry, OIG and GSA searches, and social security trace.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
