Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for ER patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and effective treatment.
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions, including trauma and cardio-related issues.
• Document patient information accurately in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Support trauma and behavioral health patients within a 28-bed ER department.

Required Qualifications

• Hawaii RN license, valid and active, required by start date.
• Previous experience in emergency or acute care nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a trauma or cardiac monitor unit.
• Familiarity with high patient turnover environments.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
