- Full-time, multiple shifts (days, evenings, nights)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to a diverse patient population in a 15-bed ER and 6-bed fast track
- Assess, prioritize, and manage patient conditions in a high-volume environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care
- Document patient information and care provided accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii RN license
- Current registered nurse certification and licensure
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous ER or critical care experience is highly desirable
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
