Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services across various settings including outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, and inpatient based on candidate interest.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and optimal recovery outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Adapt therapy approaches based on individual patient goals and clinical assessments.
• Support the clinic’s mission to deliver excellence in rehabilitation through caring, hands-on treatment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Proven experience or background in outpatient, SNF/LTC, or inpatient settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Current CPR certification (if required by state or facility).
