Schedule Nights
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Assess patients' medical needs, develop care plans, and implement treatments as ordered by physicians • Administer medications, perform vital signs, and monitor patient conditions • Educate patients and families on health-related issues and promote wellness
Required Qualifications:
• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) • Current certification in CPR/BLS • Basic life support certification (BLS)
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility • Knowledge of medical records management and electronic health records (EHRs) • Ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
