Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Manage follow-up visits, including double-booking scheduled follow-ups as needed.
• Work collaboratively with clinic staff, with float coverage to other clinics as necessary.
• Ensure patient care and documentation are completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and clinical protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with a guaranteed 36 hours, working up to 40 hours.
• Must be comfortable with a productivity standard of 60 visits per week.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduate or new to traveling therapies accepted.
• Previous outpatient or clinic-based experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
