Registered Nurse - Mother Baby/Postpartum

Columbus, OH
Schedule / Job Type
Nights, Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts, including every other weekend (36 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality postpartum and mother-baby care to patients
- Float to similar acuity units as needed to ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress using electronic medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate new mothers on postpartum recovery and newborn care
- Ensure compliance with safety and clinical protocols
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent postpartum nursing experience
- BLS certification
- IV certification and IV start skills
- Labor & delivery experience preferred
- EPIC electronic medical records system experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
