- Night shifts, Contract, 8 or 12-week assignments
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy care to patients in a hospital setting during night shifts
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Administer treatments such as oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and aerosol medications
- Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary
- Document patient care accurately in medical records
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and state licensing requirements
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license or certification (CRT accepted with experience)
- NBRC certification and BLS certification must be current and in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience in a clinical setting
- Must have current Ohio RRT license in hand
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital environment, preferably with Cleveland Clinic or similar institutions
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to night schedule demands
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
