Key Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab.
- Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment such as GE Innova, Impella, MacLab, and Meditech systems.
- Support procedures including TAVR, PFO analysis, Atherectomy, PCI, and Impella/IABP implantations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal care during procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and adhere to hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Knowledge of procedures such as PCI, PFO, Impella, and IABP.
- Ability to self-schedule within department guidelines.
- Strong understanding of cardiac interventional protocols.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Structural Heart procedures and IFR/FFR testing.
- Familiarity with advanced cardiac equipment and technology.
- Prior experience in a hospital setting with similar responsibilities.
