Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Location: Mayfield Heights, OH

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit at a reputable healthcare facility.
• Monitor and assess patient health status, including ECG rhythm recognition.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and facility protocols.
• Document patient information accurately in compliance with hospital standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Complete assessments and participate in orientation assessments, including medication safety and ECG recognition tests.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 months recent experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
• Ohio license or valid Compact State license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments during orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working in a hospital setting.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Lotus/Qualivis.
