- Travel, 23-24 week assignments, Night shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level nursing care to neonates in a Level III or IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
- Administer blood products, medications, and support ventilated infants with CPAP, BiPAP, high-frequency vents, and oscillators.
- Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries as needed.
- Manage PICC/Central Lines, feeding tubes, syringe pumps, and other specialized neonatal equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and float to different campuses or units as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in a NICU or similar high-acuity setting.
- Active, compact nursing license (out-of-state candidates must have a current license recognized by the state of Washington).
- Ability to float between different campuses and units.
- Experience with high-risk deliveries, neonatal procedures, and intensive neonatal care.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Neonatal ECMO (although not required), cooling/warming blankets, and neonatal surgeries.
- Familiarity with managing infants at 23-24 weeks gestation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-census NICU environment.
