Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to medical-surgical and telemetry units.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, including ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Complete assessments and participate in hospital orientation assessments, including ECG and safeMedicate tests.
• Work at least every other holiday as required.

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 months of permanent experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing prior to travel assignment.
• At least 18 months of recent med-surg/telemetry experience, including travel experience.
• Ohio or compact state RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working rotating day/night shifts.
• Ability to perform ECG rhythm recognition accurately.
• Familiarity with hospital electronic documentation systems such as Qualivis and Lotus.
