Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Assist in triage, stabilization, and treatment of critical patients
- Follow established protocols and documentation procedures accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license for California
- ACLS, BCLS, PALS, CPI, NIH certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Ability to work every other weekend (12 weekend shifts per contract)
- Willingness to float between units if necessary
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a large acute care hospital setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
