Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process, in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Delegate patient care priorities appropriately based on staff education and experience.
- Supervise and direct assigned personnel delivering patient care, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Adapt to floating between facilities as needed based on census demands.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Wyoming RN license or multi-state RN license, attached to resume.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC (must be from the American Heart Association).
- Minimum of 2 years recent ER experience.
- Must have attached SageWest coversheet to submission.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a community hospital setting.
- Ability to operate within electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Flexibility to float between facilities.

Additional Notes:

The position is a 13-week travel assignment with a start date of October 6, 2025, and end date of January 3, 2026. The work shift runs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the facility located on Bishop Randall Drive, Lander, WY.
