- Night shift, full-time, acute care hospital
Key Responsibilities
- Provide labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care in a high-volume LDRP unit
- Collaborate with medical team to ensure quality patient care
- Adhere to hospital protocols, including labor restrictions such as labor and postpartum experience requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR system
- Float between related units as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in California
- Minimum of 2 years of labor and postpartum experience
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Intermediate, NRP
- Experience with high-risk obstetrics preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an LDRP or similar labor and delivery unit
- Certification in AWHONN Advanced (preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, acute care environment

Additional Details
- Ratios: 1:3
- Orientation: 40 hours
- No block scheduling available
- 4x12 shifts available upon request
- Scrub color: Royal Blue or Navy Blue for RNs
- Floating between units is required
- Hospital has 277 beds and uses Epic for charting
