Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location Lewiston, ME

Schedule Rotating

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all areas of the unit • Assess patients in admission and throughout stay, administering IV medications/therapy/blood as needed • Provide patient education and document nursing care actions, teaching, observations and patient responses • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans

Required Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of ME • BLS/ACLS/PALS certification required • At least 1 year previous critical care nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in an emergency department or critical care setting • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
