Key Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative care to patients in skilled nursing facilities, adhering to treatment plans and protocols.
• Assist licensed physical therapists with therapy sessions, documenting patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and health regulations.
• Participate in patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reports in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Certification of current CPR and BLS certification.
• Ability to pass required background checks and provide necessary documentation.
• Ability to work day shifts and adapt to facility needs.
• Prescreen completed and attached, including resume and license verification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities.
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Experience with dementia care is a plus.
