Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, 13 or 21-week contract, night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients presenting with various complaints in a high-acuity environment
• Manage moderate sedation, trauma procedures, splints, and traction as needed
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner charting system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to clinical protocols and standards

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Delaware or Compact RN license in hand with license number and expiration date
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing
• Current certifications with valid expiration dates (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS as applicable)
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with trauma and moderate sedation procedures
• Ability to float to different areas within the emergency department as needed
