Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in the Emergency Room and Intensive Care Collection (ICC) units, floating between the two as needed
• Deliver advanced patient assessments and interventions for a variety of urgent and non-urgent conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures in accordance with hospital protocols
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and clinical outcomes
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain clinical competencies
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of ER experience required
• Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
• EPIC electronic health record experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience caring for hematology and oncology patients, specifically in ICC or similar units
• Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration and patient interaction
