Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized respiratory therapy services to pediatric and neonatal intensive care patients.
• Administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Follow flight safety protocols, ensuring patient transport does not exceed weight restrictions.
• Document treatments and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with hospital policies.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license or certification.
• Level 4 NICU experience with neonatal and pediatric patient care.
• Experience with pediatric and NICU respiratory procedures.
• Ability to work night shifts reliably.
• Familiarity with flight protocols and patient transport safety.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous travel or contract experience in hospital settings.
• Experience working in a large, academic medical center.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
