Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shift, 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care for Medical/Surgical and Telemetry patients.
- Administer medications including insulin and Heparin gtts.
- Document patient care accurately using systems such as Epic.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and respond to patient symptoms, following established protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina.
- BCLS certification.
- Ability to pass an EKG test for this specialty.
- Experience with Med/Surg and Tele units preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with Pyxis medication system.
- Familiarity with infusion procedures for insulin and Heparin.
- Ability to float to related units as needed, at least once a week.
- Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays.
