Job Title
- Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
- Float to other units as needed, with infrequent requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of prior RN experience in a similar setting.
- Valid RN license for the state of California (pending licenses accepted).
- Current certifications: ACLS and BCLS.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification is required.
- No on-call responsibilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in acute care hospitals.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
