Job Title: LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF

Schedule / Job Type Nights
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications:
• Current LVN / LPN licensure in the state of Maine • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
