• Full-time, travel position, 13-week assignment, onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, provide, and care for surgical instruments and equipment during procedures
• Maintain a sterile field to ensure patient safety and infection control
• Assist surgeons and surgical team members throughout operations
• Support department needs across various surgical specialties as assigned
• Follow all safety protocols and universal precautions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA)
• Surgical Tech certification
• Knowledge of instrument care, sterilization, and surgical procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Preferred Experience / Skills

• One or more years of experience in an operating room or instrument care in an acute care hospital setting

Shift

• Position reports to the Clinical Manager of the Operating Room
