Key Responsibilities
• Perform computed tomography (CT) scans independently in a busy hospital setting.
• Scan trauma patients and ensure image quality meets clinical standards.
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment, including EPIC and other EMR systems from the past 2 years.
• Maintain professional competency in PIV insertion and trauma imaging.
• Adhere to hospital safety protocols and holiday scheduling requirements.
• Complete all required documentation, including detailed work history and facility information.
Required Qualifications
• ARRT certification in CT imaging.
• Ability to apply for Vermont state license upon offer.
• Experience with Phillips imaging systems.
• Proficiency in independently scanning trauma patients.
• Skilled in starting PIVs.
• Recent EPIC experience within the last 2 years.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a teaching hospital or similar-sized facility.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday shifts including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day.
• Reliable transportation with all-season or snow tires during winter months.
