Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU.
- May be required to float to other units as needed.
- Adapt to working with diverse patient populations, including incarcerated individuals.
- Follow all safety and clinical protocols to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse licensure.
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.
- CPI certification (MAB accepted in lieu of CPI).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
- Ability to adapt to different unit assignments and patient populations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in NICU or neonatal care.
- Comfortable working with the prison population.
- Previous float nursing experience.
