Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the electrophysiology (EP) and cardiac catheterization labs.
- Assist with procedures such as ablations, device implants, and device extractions.
- Monitor patient vitals and ensure patient safety during complex cardiac interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Document procedures and patient responses accurately in electronic medical records.
- Maintain a sterile environment and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cath lab, EP lab, interventional radiology, or operating room.
- Valid nursing license (RN) in the state of Texas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Proficiency with medical equipment used in cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Over 1 year of EP RN experience.
- Familiarity with Biosense Webster, Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic mapping systems.
- Experience with Meditech electronic medical records.
- Flexibility with daily case fluctuations and team collaboration.

Note: This staffing opportunity is for a 13-week travel contract starting September 29, 2025, with schedules from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, based at a reputable medical center in Austin, TX.
