Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function through tailored therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and provide guidance on rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license for the state of Virginia.
• Proven experience working as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused skills.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
