Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop tailored treatment plans for various diagnoses.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patients’ strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Provide care in an outpatient setting at a busy hospital outpatient clinic.
• Work scheduled 4 days per week, with some weekdays and Saturdays included.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Colorado PT license or Compact license for Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of physical therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccination (no exemptions).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
