Key Responsibilities
• Support anesthesia providers in cardiac and thoracic procedures within a busy hospital OR environment
• Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment, including anesthesia machines, fluid warmers, and transducers
• Assist with sterile procedures and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Collaborate effectively with anesthesia and surgical teams to support patient care during procedures
• Support the setup and troubleshooting of anesthesia technology and monitor patient status as needed

Required Qualifications
• Prior cardiac anesthesia experience required
• Proficient in handling anesthesia equipment and procedures specific to cardiac and thoracic surgeries
• Ability to communicate clearly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of sterile practices and infection control

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with anesthesia EMR systems
• Ability to adapt quickly to new equipment and technology
• Strong team communication skills and professional demeanor
