Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in an Intensive Medical Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, or Stepdown unit
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions with precision and clarity
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and safety guidelines
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, ensuring safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records in compliance with hospital standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown nursing
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification preferred or required, depending on facility standards
- Ability to work 7a-7p shift scheduling
- Must be available to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve)

- Experience working in a high-acuity hospital environment
- Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
