Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in accordance with individual treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and progress.
• Develop, implement, and modify therapy programs to improve communication abilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions.
• Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Recent clinical experience in speech therapy.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with documentation and evaluation tools.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Knowledge of pediatric or adult therapy protocols, depending on patient demographics.
