Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures
- Document patient information accurately using the Epic electronic medical record system
- Float between medical, surgical, and oncology units as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to float between units as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience using Epic EMR system
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments
